Information you provide

When you submit the project form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, domain status, website, project type, budget range and project details. Formspark processes and delivers the submission to us.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, assess project fit, prepare a quote and deliver work if you become a client. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add enquiry contacts to unrelated marketing lists.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics 4 is used only after you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand visits, page use and meaningful actions such as starting or successfully completing the project form. Names, email addresses, company names, website addresses and free-text form answers are not sent to Google Analytics. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Service providers

Vercel hosts this website, Formspark processes project-form submissions, and Google provides consent-based analytics. Enquiries may also be held in access-controlled email, project-management and file-storage services. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their service and operate under their own privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

Information is kept only while there is a reasonable business or legal need. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact hello@devlumens.com.

International transfers

Devlumens works internationally and uses service providers that may process information outside your country. Provider and contractual safeguards are used where applicable.
