Terms of service

Last updated: 17 July 2026. These website terms are a general summary. A signed proposal for a specific project takes precedence.

Quotes and payment

Projects are quoted at a fixed price, normally with 50% due to begin and 50% due at launch. Care plans are invoiced monthly in advance and may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Third-party costs are identified before approval.

Scope and revisions

The proposal defines pages, features, deliverables and assumptions. Five revision rounds are included unless the proposal says otherwise. New requests outside scope receive a separate written quote before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Delivery dates assume timely access, content, approvals and feedback. Material delays may move the project into the next available production window.

Guarantee

Defects within the agreed delivered scope are fixed without charge for six months after launch. This does not cover third-party outages, changes made by others, expired services or new feature requests.

Ownership and portfolio use

After final payment, the client owns the custom deliverables created for the project. Domains, hosting and primary accounts are set up in the client's name. Completed work may be shown in the Devlumens portfolio unless confidentiality terms say otherwise.
